Terms of Service

The rules for using Stock Signals, including research limitations, investment risks, purchases and your legal rights.

1. About these terms and the service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Stock Signals app, its associated website, content and notifications (the “Service”), provided by Manimau Studios Pte Ltd. (“Manimau”, “we”, “us”, “our”). The app may also appear in the App Store as “Autopilot AI Stocks Alerts” or “Stock Signals + Options”.

The Service includes stock and options signals, unusual options activity, Political Flow, Insider Flow, charts, news, technical information, analyst views and market-discovery tools. Availability depends on your version, region, plan and data availability.

Please read these terms before using the Service. By accepting them where presented or using the Service after having an opportunity to review them, you agree to them to the extent applicable law recognises that agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. A privacy notice is provided separately; acceptance of these terms is not blanket consent to unrelated processing of personal data.

You must have legal capacity to enter this agreement. If you are below the age of legal majority, use requires a parent or guardian’s involvement and consent where permitted by applicable law. The Service is not intended for children under 13 and must not be used where local law prohibits it.

2. Research information; no personalised investment advice

The Service is intended for general information, education and independent research. It does not assess your financial circumstances, objectives, experience, risk tolerance, tax position or the suitability of any investment for you. Signals, ratings, price levels, screeners, articles, AI or automated outputs and other content are not personalised investment, financial, legal, tax or accounting advice.

No adviser–client, fiduciary, brokerage, agency or discretionary-management relationship is created by downloading the app, paying for a plan, selecting alerts, contacting support or reviewing content. Support is for assistance with the Service, not recommendations about your personal portfolio or whether you should trade.

References to “buy”, “sell”, “hold”, “signal”, “target”, “stop loss”, “probability”, “smart money”, “AI” or “autopilot” describe information or features; they are not an instruction tailored to you, a suitability finding, a promise of execution, an endorsement of a security or an offer or solicitation to transact. Payment buys access to available features, not a promised investment result.

The Service does not place orders, hold client funds or securities, access your brokerage account to trade, or manage investments for you. Do not provide brokerage credentials to us. Verify information independently and obtain advice from a suitably licensed professional before making decisions for which you need advice.

These descriptions do not override applicable law, establish a regulatory exemption, or remove obligations that apply to the actual activities of the Service.

3. Investment and execution risks

You may lose some or all of your investment. Certain options, short-selling, margin and leveraged strategies can create losses greater than the amount initially invested. Options can expire worthless; time decay, volatility, liquidity, assignment, exercise and margin requirements can materially affect outcomes.

You make your own decisions about whether, when and how to trade, position size, brokerage selection, financing and risk controls. Quoted entries, targets and stops may never be available or executable. Gaps, spreads, slippage, fees, taxes, trading halts, corporate actions and order types affect results. A stop-loss reference is not a guaranteed maximum loss or an order placed for you.

A company, politician or insider appearing in the Service does not endorse the Service. Reported trading by another person is not evidence that the same trade is suitable, lawful or profitable for you.

4. Targets, performance figures and illustrative previews

Past results do not predict or guarantee future results. Potential gains, targets, model estimates and probabilities describe assumptions or scenarios, not assured returns or objectively certain likelihoods. A displayed probability is not necessarily independently validated or statistically calibrated.

Unless expressly stated with a supporting methodology, reported gains are figures for signal references, not an audited portfolio, a complete record of all recommendations or a customer’s actual returns. They may omit unsuccessful or open positions, timing differences, fees, spreads, slippage, financing, taxes, dividends and other adjustments. Do not infer a win rate, expected income or achievable return from a selected example or average.

Marketing images may include edited interface previews, sample transactions, hypothetical targets and historical quotes. Visible ticker symbols do not establish that a signal was actually issued or executed. Where a hypothetical gain is calculated from reference prices, the calculation is (target − entry) ÷ entry × 100, subject to rounding; mathematical consistency does not validate the target or likelihood of achieving it. A historical closing price used as an example entry is not a live quote or a recommendation to enter at that price.

Automated and AI-assisted outputs can be incomplete, biased, incorrect or based on stale inputs. Human review, where provided, does not eliminate these risks.

5. Market data, unusual flow and public disclosures

Data comes from external sources and may be delayed, cached, estimated, incomplete, misclassified, revised or unavailable. We do not promise exchange-real-time data, complete market coverage, a particular refresh interval, a minimum number of signals or preservation of every historical record. Verify time, currency, units, splits and other adjustments with authoritative sources before acting.

Unusual options activity: estimated premiums, volume/open-interest ratios, bullish/bearish summaries and labels such as whale, burst or fresh are screening indicators. They do not identify the beneficial trader or establish intent, direction, a new position or profitability. Activity may be part of hedges, closing transactions or multi-leg strategies.

Political and insider activity: records reflect reported public disclosures, not surveillance of live transactions. Trade dates can precede disclosure or filing dates. Amounts may be ranges; ownership may relate to a spouse, dependent, trust or other reported holder. Awards, exercises, gifts and tax withholding are not equivalent to open-market purchases or sales. Filings can contain corrections, multiple transactions and explanatory notes. Review the original filing and do not infer motive, misconduct or undisclosed information from a record.

News, analyst views and linked material represent the views of their respective sources, not necessarily ours. External websites and data providers have their own terms. Public availability does not transfer ownership of third-party material to Manimau or give users unrestricted redistribution rights.

6. Notifications and availability

Notifications depend on your permissions, selected preferences, network connectivity, platform services and our systems. They can arrive late, be duplicated, be missed or refer to a newly detected filing about an older trade. A delivery or registration acknowledgement does not mean you saw an alert. Reminders do not necessarily indicate a new signal.

Do not use the Service as your sole monitoring system or as an execution-critical alert service. We do not guarantee delivery before prices change, before other recipients are notified or before information becomes publicly available elsewhere.

7. Purchases, renewals, trials and lifetime access

The App Store purchase sheet and the offer displayed before purchase identify the price, currency, billing period and any eligibility or trial conditions. Taxes and available products can vary. We do not promise that a particular price, trial, discount or plan will remain available.

Apple processes App Store payments. Auto-renewing subscriptions renew unless cancelled in your Apple Account settings in accordance with Apple’s applicable rules. Manage them in Settings → your name → Subscriptions. To avoid a trial converting to a paid subscription, follow the cancellation deadline shown by Apple; Apple generally advises cancelling at least 24 hours before a free or discounted trial ends. Deleting the app, disabling alerts or contacting us does not cancel the subscription.

Cancellation generally stops subsequent renewals; remaining access depends on the product, Apple’s rules and mandatory law. Refund requests are handled through Apple, subject to applicable legal rights. Nothing here excludes a refund or other remedy required by law. See Apple’s cancellation guidance and Apple’s refund request service.

If a non-recurring “lifetime” product is offered, it grants continuing access to the product or entitlement described at purchase while that Service is operated and made available. It is not a financial annuity, a guarantee of perpetual company operations, every future product, or permanent availability of a particular data provider. This does not reduce any specific promise made at purchase or any mandatory remedy. Restore eligible purchases using the same Apple Account where supported; restoring does not revive an expired subscription.

Changes to renewal prices, paid access or material purchased features remain subject to Apple’s processes, applicable notice requirements and your rights. We will not rely on a general change clause to avoid an existing purchase obligation.

8. Licence, ownership and permitted use

Subject to these terms, applicable App Store rules and third-party rights, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your own lawful research. The app, original content, designs, branding and software are owned by Manimau or its licensors. Rights in market data, public records, articles and third-party material remain with their respective owners; we do not claim exclusive ownership of public facts.

Except where applicable law permits otherwise, you must not resell or commercially redistribute signals or feeds, systematically scrape or bulk extract the Service, bypass subscription or security controls, reverse engineer protected software, impersonate others, manipulate the Service or market, distribute malware, or use our marks to suggest an unauthorised affiliation. Do not use the Service to create or redistribute an unlicensed substitute feed or to infringe privacy or intellectual-property rights.

9. Changes, suspension and termination

We may maintain, correct, update or change the Service and its content. We may restrict use where reasonably necessary to address unlawful use, material breach, security issues, provider restrictions or legal requirements. Where practicable and legally required, we will give notice and an opportunity to address a breach.

If we discontinue paid access or materially reduce a purchased service, applicable purchase commitments and mandatory rights to notice, cancellation, refunds or other remedies still apply. Ending access does not transfer ownership of our content or remove obligations that by their nature survive, including payment obligations already incurred and lawful restrictions on redistribution.

10. Warranties and statutory rights

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is supplied “as is” and “as available”, and we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement to the extent they can lawfully be disclaimed. We do not warrant that content is accurate, complete, error-free, profitable, secure against every threat or continuously available.

Nothing in these terms excludes a statutory guarantee, duty, remedy or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted. These terms do not exclude liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. Any exclusion, cap or indemnity below is subject to this paragraph and any applicable fairness or reasonableness requirement.

11. Limitation of liability

Subject to section 10 and to the extent permitted by applicable law, Manimau and its officers, employees and contractors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from the Service, or for lost profits, missed opportunities, loss of business or loss of data of that nature.

Subject to the same limits, we are not responsible for investment or trading losses arising from your independent decisions, third-party execution, price movements, delayed or unavailable data, notifications or reliance on hypothetical scenarios. This does not excuse a breach of a non-excludable legal obligation.

Where liability can lawfully be capped, our aggregate liability to you arising out of or relating to the Service, under contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, is limited to the greater of SGD 100 and the total fees you paid for the Service during the 12 months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim. This cap does not apply to liabilities or remedies that section 10 or applicable law prevents us from capping. If an exclusion or cap is unenforceable, liability is limited only to the extent the law permits.

12. Responsibility for unlawful misuse

To the extent permitted by law, you will reimburse us for reasonable, evidenced third-party claims and related costs directly caused by your unlawful use of the Service, infringement of another person’s rights or deliberate material breach of these terms. This obligation does not cover a claim to the extent caused by our breach, negligence, fraud or other fault, does not restrict mandatory consumer rights and is not a general waiver of your right to bring a claim. We will give prompt notice of a relevant claim and reasonable opportunity to participate; we will not impose a settlement admitting liability or a non-monetary obligation on you without your consent.

13. Apple and third-party terms

Apple is not a party to this agreement for our Service. The licence governing installation and use of the iOS application is the applicable App Store end-user licence, including Apple’s Standard EULA where no custom EULA has been validly supplied. These service terms supplement, and do not replace or restrict rights under, that licence, applicable Apple usage rules or mandatory law. If a conflict arises, mandatory law and the applicable Apple licence govern to the extent of that conflict.

We are responsible for our Service and support as allocated by the applicable licence and law. We cannot waive Apple’s or another provider’s obligations on its behalf. External services, filings, articles and brokerage services are governed by their own terms and are used at your discretion.

14. Governing law, disputes and general provisions

These terms are governed by Singapore law, excluding conflict-of-law rules, subject to any mandatory protections that apply in your place of residence. The Singapore courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction. This does not prevent you from bringing a claim in another court where mandatory law gives you that right, seeking urgent relief, or contacting a regulator.

Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern, but doing so is not a condition that removes a legal remedy or changes a statutory deadline. There is no mandatory arbitration or class-action waiver in these terms.

If part of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent lawful. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These terms, the applicable purchase conditions and app licence constitute the agreement on their subject matter, without excluding claims or representations that cannot lawfully be excluded. You may not assign this agreement except as permitted by law. A transfer of our rights or obligations must not reduce your mandatory rights or the substance of an existing purchase commitment.

15. Updates and contact

We may revise these terms prospectively as the Service or law changes. We will post a revision date and provide additional notice or request agreement where required, including for material changes affecting an existing purchase. Changes do not retrospectively remove accrued rights. Continued use after an effective revision constitutes acceptance only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
