Welcome to SuppSnitch! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SuppSnitch mobile application (the "App") provided by Manimau Studios Pte Ltd ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
SuppSnitch is an AI-powered supplement scanner that allows you to take or upload photos of supplement labels. The App uses the Gemini API to analyze the image and provide information such as ingredient lists, potential interactions, possible health hazards, and alternative product recommendations (the "Service"). You acknowledge that this analysis is automated and for informational purposes only.

The App may offer premium features through weekly, yearly, and lifetime subscription plans ("Subscriptions").
General Payment Terms: All payments for Subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to the App Store's terms and conditions. We do not directly process or store your payment information.
Auto-Renewing Subscriptions: Weekly and yearly subscriptions are auto-renewing. This means your subscription will automatically renew, and your Apple ID account will be charged, unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
Managing and Cancelling Subscriptions: You are solely responsible for managing your subscriptions. You can cancel your subscription at any time by going to your device's Settings -> [your name] -> Subscriptions. If you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current paid period, and you will not be charged for the next period.
Free Trial: We may offer a free trial period for our subscriptions. At the end of the free trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription and your Apple ID account will be charged, unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Lifetime Subscription: A lifetime subscription is a one-time purchase that grants you access to the premium features for as long as the App is available on the Apple App Store.
Refund Policy: All purchases are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds or credits for partially used subscription periods. Since all transactions are managed by the Apple App Store, any requests for refunds must be directed to Apple. We have no ability to issue refunds.
Price Changes: We reserve the right to change the price of our Subscriptions at any time. Any price changes will take effect at the start of the next subscription period following the date of the price change.
To use the Service, you will upload photos of supplement labels ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant Manimau Studios Pte Ltd a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, process, and display your User Content solely for the purposes of providing the Service to you and improving the App.
All rights, title, and interest in and to the App and its content, excluding User Content, are and will remain the exclusive property of Manimau Studios Pte Ltd. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our App or included software.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Manimau Studios Pte Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Manimau Studios Pte Ltd from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any material changes.
