By downloading, installing, or using No Free Ride ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Manimau Studios Pte Ltd.

2. Description of Service

No Free Ride is an entertainment and utility application designed for vehicle owners to calculate and track trip costs for reimbursement purposes. The App provides:

• GPS-based distance and time tracking
• Fare calculation based on customizable rates
• Receipt generation and sharing capabilities
• Passenger management and bill splitting features

3. In-App Purchase

The App offers a single, one-time in-app purchase ("Pro Plan" or "Full Unlock"):

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• The purchase is tied to your Apple ID and can be restored on any device using the same account
• Prices may vary by region and are subject to change without notice
• All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law or Apple's App Store policies

4. User Conduct & Intended Use

No Free Ride is designed as a novelty and entertainment application. By using the App, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The App is intended for humorous, social, and entertainment purposes among friends, family, and partners
• Generated receipts and fare calculations are not legally binding invoices
• You will not use the App to harass, extort, or deceive any individual
• You are solely responsible for any actual financial transactions or agreements made with passengers
• The App does not process payments or facilitate actual money transfers

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not guarantee that GPS tracking, fare calculations, or any other feature will be accurate, reliable, or error-free. GPS accuracy depends on your device's hardware, signal strength, and environmental conditions.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MANIMAU STUDIOS PTE LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP. This includes, but is not limited to, disputes between drivers and passengers, inaccurate fare calculations, or GPS tracking errors.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App—including but not limited to code, design, graphics, logos, and text—are owned by Manimau Studios Pte Ltd and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
